  • Keeping an overview of multiple projects, incl. monitoring of deadlines and KPIs
  • Driving upcoming topics and projects incl. event and communication planning
  • Communicate via internal and external channels (e.g. social media)
  • Selfdriven research on new topics
  • Ensure high level of deliverable quality in communications, reporting & presentations for management and employees

What you bring

  • Enrolled student (f/m/d) at a university or university of applied sciences
  • Strong (scientific) knowledge and high interest for Diversity & Inclusion topics
  • Analytical thinking & ability to keep track of multiple project deadlines & KPIs
  • A cando attitude
  • Project management skills
  • A good sense for marketing, communication and event management
  • Fluent German is mandatory
