Your duties:

You will support us in our daytoday business and support our team manager in her tasks.
Your areas of responsibility include correspondence, coordination of appointments, writing protocols, checking results and independently creating topicoriented presentations and reports.
You will generally support us in administrative matters and in the planning, preparation and execution of activities and events.
You will also support internal subprojects.

Your profile:

You are currently studying and your are looking for a working student job (20h/week) starting immediately.
First experiences in the field of organization or administration are welcome, but not a must have.
You have a high level of motivation and enthusiasm for organizational topics.
You are characterized by your openminded and proactive nature as well as your independent, conscientious and binding way of working.
You are fluent in German and English.
