We are looking for passionate students to join our Technology team for a 6-month Internship.

With sport playing an increasingly important role in more and more peoples' lives, both on and off the field of play, we operate in a highly attractive industry.

Based on our deep understanding of our consumer and the authenticity of our brand, we push the boundaries of products, experiences, and services.

We do so according to our strategy, which allows us to fully capitalize on the acceleration of favorable long-term structural trends.

Start Dates:
September 15th, 2024.

Duration: 6 months

Possible Responsibilities:

Assist with implementing and executing project work
Work collaboratively and build cross functional relationships
Identify new ways of working within the team and have the confidence to make suggestions for improvements
Design and implement plans to optimize the enduser experience
Define key performance indicators to measure the user experience and track/monitor adoption
Create and analyze enduser experience journey to identify areas that need improvement
Support the implementation and execution of the User Experience Management project
Provide administrative support to wider team
Monitors and logs the actual service provided, compared to that required by service level agreements
Investigates problems in systems, processes, and services
Assists with the implementation of agreed remedies and preventative measures

Requirements:

Student of Business Administration, IT or similar
Students enrolled as fulltime student for the complete duration of the internship, or in the gap year between bachelor's and master's degree
Basic project management skills, ideally including the ability to work on several projects simultaneously
Structured, organized and process orientated, with an analytical mindset
High resilience and solutionoriented attitude
Team player who enjoys working in an international environment
Very good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong MS Office skills
Fluent in English both verbally and written
