Purpose of Role:

***You will drive Agile awareness, mindset, capability and evangelize adoption in a highly complex environment across the enterprise with goals to improve business outcomes while creating a highly collaborative, learning organization.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop Agile processes and practices and ensure that they enable teams or departments to operate in an integrative and collaborative fashion.
• Train, mentor and coach individuals, agie teams and leadership.
• Provide guidance & coach leaders to create a culture of collaboration and learning using Agile values, mindset, principles and practices.
• Help to develop new intellectual property such as workshops, training's, whilst ensuring existing ones remain relevant and reflect the client's ways of working (e.g. agile playbook).
