About Zippee


Zippee (formerly ZFW Dark Stores) is a logistics startup that improves
customer loyalty & RTOs for India's top E-commerce brands by enabling
Same-Day Deliveries on their websites.


Brands connect their online store to our platform in just a few clicks &
can kickstart Same-Day Deliveries for their customers in <7 days- through our dark store network across India
.


Our
team comprises folks from Reliance Retail, Shadowfax, Retention Science, Tracelink, Bigbasket, and institutions like Hindu College, BITS Pilani, and the University of Southern California.

We are well-funded by
VCs & founders of India's biggest unicorns.


We're looking for an
experienced Head of Sales to work directly with the founder & deliver on revenue & critical company objectives.


You'll
sign up India's biggest D2C brands & be accountable for the
end-to-end success of the Growth function (Sales + BD + Customer Success).


This is an
incredible leadership opportunity to drive meaningful impact at a fast-growing VC-backed E-commerce fulfillment startup.
In-person role at our Gurgaon HQ.


What you will do:

Build relationships with E-Commerce brands (of all sizes), demonstrate value of our Same-Day Delivery platform to the right fits, &
most importantly hit REVENUE goals
Prepare & execute Internal & External growth plans for customers & stakeholders.

Own & grow revenue pipeline for subsequent quarters.


Manage & motivate a team of Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, & BDRs.


Qualifications
10-14 years of
Sales/BD, Account Management, or Partnerships experience in E-Commerce SaaS, Logistics, Warehousing, or similar industries.
Proven team management, closing skills & ability to meet + exceed revenue quotas.

Ability to think strategically, plan meticulously, & execute methodically. Data-driven.

Strong communication (written + verbal), objection handling, & persuasion skills.

Ability to prioritize & manage multiple parallel-path projects.

Intellectual curiosity & love of learning with a strong desire to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

A people person with gratitude, integrity, & no ego.


Bonus points if you have:


Prior entrepreneurial experience in Logistics, E-Commmerce SaaS, Warehousing, etc.
