    QUALITY MANAGER BOH (m/w/d) Vollzeit | Ort: Flughafen Berlin Brandenburg TÄTIGKEITEN: * Sicherstellen und überwachen der frontline Prozess- und Dienstleistungsqualität BOH inklusive Gepäckkeller und Walkboarding * Kennt alle KPI und Zielvorgaben der Airlines (SLA), des Flughafens und der Swissport und fördert deren Einhaltung bei den Mitarbeitenden und auf allen Stufen in enger Absprache mit den BLL und Duty Manager * On the spot dokumentierte Minitrainings mit Mitarbeitern bei Unklarheiten, Problemen, Verstössen neuen Prozessen, etc. * Aktive Mitarbeit bei Workinstructions und Briefing Inhalten * Support bei der Einfühung neuer oder veränderter Prozesse frontline, insbesondere bei den SV und Lead Agents * Coaching der Lead Agent und Supervisor in allen Abteilungen * Daily und weekly Focuspoints werden im Drumbear und GL Meeting definiert * Enge Zusammenarbeit und Abstimmung mit den Duty
