Performs a full range of tax activities for an assigned organization, in order to optimize the Tax position of assigned unit.

Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy Service GmbH is a wholly owned subsidiary of Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy S.A.

based in Zamudio, Spain, and bundles the operational business areas of service and maintenance, service sales technical support and life cycle engineering of wind turbines installed throughout Europe.

How to contribute to our vision

What are my responsibilities?

Coordination of the preparation of German CIT tax returns, examines accounts.
Provides financial accounting team with technical tax advice and assistance with main focus on German CIT including research.
Calculates taxes (current and deferred tax) owed according to prescribed rates, laws, and regulations by required deadlines for tax reporting / financial statements.
Manages or contributes to preparation of Financial statements and tax declarations.
Cooperates with external tax advisors in order to optimize tax burdens.
Leads a variety of assignments, clarifying objectives and supports internal projects.
May act as first accountable point of contact for tax authorities.
Prepares reports and studies for management.
Development of internal tax documentation.

What you need to make a difference

Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for

Fluent in English language;
Strong skills and experience in German Corporate Income Tax;
Tax advisor title preferred but not must;
Being open minded and looking forward to work in an international tax team;
