Your role:


You will be part of the German In-Country Clinical Study Operations (ICSO) Team supporting in a variety of study management (administrative) topics.

You have the chance to get involved in a variety of projects with local and global interfaces.

You will be guided and supported by the team, while you will be collecting experience in an international clinical study environment.

Your role implies the ability to work independently and organize your time.

You will support study set-up tasks with retrieval of documents and generation of tracker helpful to monitor the study tasks, progress, payments and Investigational Product planning.

You will support electronic archiving of in-house files. Furthermore, you will coordinate deliverables by various external and internal stakeholders.


Your Qualification:


  • Bachelor or Master student of natural / medical science and interested in clinical science
  • Strong communication skills, proactive, flexible, and reliable
  • Good English and German skills, both written and spoken
  • Good MS Office knowledge, i.e., Word and Excel
  • Able to work on site in Darmstadt and/ or Weiterstadt
