  • We are looking for a Senior Specialist Leadership & Talent Management. As Senior Specialist Leadership & Talent Management you are working in a fastpaced and growing business environment.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities:


  • Management and further development of Exyte's global leadership and talent development portfolio within the CoC corporate function "Global Talent Management & Development", located in the Stuttgart headquarters
  • Design and implementation of suitable leadership development activities and offerings derived from the corporate and HR strategy in close alignment with the regions and with regard to specific regional and functional needs
  • Realization of our regular global leadership conferences with the top management team
  • Further sustainable anchoring of Exyte's Core Competencies
  • Design, implementation/rollout and ongoing management of Exyte's global talent management solutions such as Career Pathing, Succession Planning, High Potential-Identification, Talent Review and others
  • Driving our internal Digitalization initiative by implementation of these solutions into our HR system landscape (SAP SuccessFactors) and in collaboration with our HR Operations and Corporate IT team
  • Establishment of a global governance role, further development of global development policies and procedures as well as setup of suitable KPI and reportings
  • Selfempowered management and governance of processes as well as further establishment of bestpracticeexchange with the global regions and the business areas
  • Management of stakeholders and interfaces
  • Potential additional tasks and responsibilities within CoC "Global Talent Management & Development

Show your expertise:


  • A degree in economics, (economic) psychology, business administration, management, or related fields of study
  • Ambitious with 4+ years of professional work experience in a fast, analytical thinking and digital environment
  • Experience in HR talent and leadership development
  • Experience in a multinational company/environment would be beneficial
  • Convincing communication skills at all levels
  • Fluent in German & English
  • Proficient in the use of the MS Office package, especially PowerPoint and Excel
  • Both strategic and operational focus
  • Solutiondriven with handsonmentality
  • Passionate about growing talent
