Our young start-up aims at fundamentally overcoming the labor shortage in the blue-collar industries by making talents globally accessible to our customers.

Aufgaben

You are holistically responsible for the recruitment of various positions for both, our clients and our startup
You will work closely with the founders and steer the venture's direction by building our People division as a first employee to revolutionize the future of work

- and white-collar profiles

You will consult our clients on their hiring needs, profile requirements, employer branding, HR strategies, etc., and continuously improve our recruiting strategies for successful highvolume recruiting and headhunting

Qualifikation

Bachelor's degree from a renowned institution in a relevant field (e.g., business, business psychology, or similar)
Passion for a young and rapidly growing company and fun at having radical ownership paired with an entrepreneurial spirit and a willingness to excel handson operations
Excellent communication skills in German and English (business fluent) and a passion for championing our customers (speaking a language from Eastern Europe is a plus)
