Responsible for the Design, Roll out and implementation of contractbased operations strategy and roadmap within Road Brokerage.
Steer the European contractbased operations
Design the euopean roadmap for standard Business Processes for contractbased operations
Harmonize the European process for contractbased operations
Stearing the Roadmap/strategy of contractbased operations in the European clusters (in
Tactical/operational decision making in daytoday business environment within contractbased operatons
Nomination of key positions (in alignment with the European Matrix organisation where needed)
Creating and updateing required standards and regulations within the contractbased operations sector.
Define standards (where needed and possible) within contractbased business
Create growth in strategic areas in collaboration with Land Sales & Products department
Seek collaboration and synergy among FCT, Pure RB and Linehaul Operations
Leadership experience in local and remote teams within international and Europen organisations.
Direct (FTL/LTL) operations experience
5 to 6 years experience in Contract Based Operations within Land Transport
Automotive and or GDP experience is a plus
Freight exchange platforms and technology experience is a plus
