ABOUT THE TEAM

We are a team of UX Researchers, Designers and Design Thinking Coaches who believe that User Experience Design is key to the success of (software) products & services.

We're looking for a passionate working student to join our team and contribute to our UX research & measurement activities.

You will work closely with our experienced UX professionals along the user-centered design process: conducting and analyzing UX measurement surveys, gathering the user's needs through interviews and Usability Tests.

THE ROLE

You support user research activities, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights & identify user needs
You communicate and present research insights to product owners and journey managers

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

Student (f/m/d) in Cognitive Science, Interaction Design / Human Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology / Social Anthropology, Communication Design, Product Design or related fields
Passionate about user experience and a desire to learn and grow in the UX field
Basic knowledge of user research methods & tools
Knowledge of quantitative and qualitative UX methods is an advantage
MS Office, in particular Excel and PowerPoint
Strong communication skills both in English and German
Team player, enthusiastic & openminded, customeroriented, selfdriven & reliable, eager to learn
Bonus points: knowledge of statistic tools an advantage, interest in MLbased text analysis
