- International customer support incl. frequent customer visits
- Interface between OEMs and Panasonic
- Coordination of Quality related issues between customers, sales, development, productions and suppliers
- Reduction of failure quota (field tests) and handling of related warranty costs
- Coordination, preparation and realization of quality meetings at customer site, negotiation of quality targets and respective realization during process
- Coordination of customer claims in cooperation with internal departments/coordination and follow up of field complaints
- Evaluation of quality data and self-dependent preparation of quality reports (8D-Reports) by the use of data base and other external/internal sources
- Monthly reporting of actual market quality status and trends
- Realization of internal Quality meetings with respective departments
- Project work in the field of NTF (No Trouble Found) & reduction of customers fault
- Quality management background, experiences with international organizations
- Good knowledge about basic quality tools and mythology (8D/PPAP/FMEA)
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Good English skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent data collection and analysis skills
- Strong attention to detail
