The Graduate Programme starts in October 2023, and we are looking for future Automotive stars to join us in our success story.

The Graduate Programme is a two-year fixed-term programme and during the Graduate Programme, graduates will have 2 rotations in our Sales & Marketing departments.

What we are looking for

Overall Purpose of Role:

Why:

Maximize fleet sales through specific B2B actions and enforce role of Flottenkompetenzcenter (FKC)/Nutzfahrzeugkompetenzcenter (NKC) as specialized dealerships for B2B and LCV customers

How

Rollout and develop of specific B2B sales activities.
Support establishing marketing activities in cooperation with leading department.
Follow up on criteria plan for each FKC/NKC

What:

- support field force and internal staff by

Establishing actions plans for FKC/NKC, which do not fulfil criteria requirements and/or do not exploit their market potential together with Fleet Area Managers (FAM); follow up with FAM at FKC/NKC during visits at dealership.
Providing field force with customer focused deck to present NISSAN and our vehicles
Gathering data and insights on competitor activities via the Internet to ensure that NISSAN can provide competitive B2B offers
Investigate potential opportunities through national and regional EV support
Defining a new association strategy to refocus our efforts on associations with biggest volume potential and coming up with the right offers and actions to exploit the potential
