Senior ERP Security Architect (f/m/d)
Senior ERP Security Architect will be globally accountable for influencing, driving and defining the future ERP security/authorization strategy.

This includes driving the strategy for user provisioning and role design for all ERP Security solutions to ensure compliance with GxP/ICS and related Global standards & controls.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

You drive and influence the provision of validation and system compliance services for IT solutions supporting GxPregulated processes within global, local and cross divisional functions, in accordance with Bayer IT guidelines as well as compliance and quality regulations
Influence the provider to ensure periodic reviews of the overall effectiveness of ERP systems are fully performed and any necessary corrective and preventive actions are taken to ensure system compliance
Exchange information with peer companies and influence vendor on future development of ERP products
Influence the design around robust security architectures for ERP projects
Drive and influence security architecture design and govern the deployment of solutions to ensure proper controls are in place and monitored for compliance
You design "best ERP Security practices" that accurately and efficiently utilize the ERP functionality
Influence governance & compliance groups to adapt compliant security processes
Govern production support for existing security roles
You establish future standards and processes in conjunction with other ERP platform groups

WHO YOU ARE

You have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent job experience
Longterm experience in designing, developing, delivering or leading ERP solutions in a largescale, highly complex global environment with a focus in ERP compliance topics
You have strong communication, collaboration and mentoring skills
Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fastpaced environment
Excellent problemsolving, organizational and analytical skills
You have a very good understanding of ERP architecture and system landscape
Ability to make complex decisions that impact the enterprise
Fluent English in speaking and writing
