Responsibilities:


  • Leads the local SCM team (demand and supply planners)
  • Leads Sales and Operations Planning Process for the country
  • Ensures that global processes are followed
  • Drives efficiency of flows from supply planning and execution to customer delivery by optimizing supply chain cost, processes, inventory, sales forecasting and customer interaction, and considering specific customer requests and legal requirements
  • Supports and or participates to local, regional and global projects (process improvements, complexity reduction, portfolio management, new SCM solutions, tender, MoB)

Qualifications:


  • Master in business administration, industrial engineering or comparable
  • 5 years' experience working in operational tasks, ideally in SCM of an international FMCG organization
  • Deep knowledge in all elements of SCM, including overseas business
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong drive, proactive, resultoriented, eager to learn and open for change and development
  • Team player with strong interpersonal and influencing skills enjoying to work in an international and intercultural environment and a Matrixorganization
  • Willing to travel and eventually move to other countries in midterm future
  • Very good English
