Entwicklung von Stahlbaukomponenten (Front Ausrüstung und/oder Unterwagen) unserer Mobilbagger
Konzeptauslegung zur Erlangung optimaler Kinematik und Hubkräfte
Konstruktion der Stahlbauteile
Erstellen und Freigeben der Zeichnungen
Konstruktive Begleitung des Prototypenbaus und der Feldtests
Durchführung von Tests zur Verifikation der berechneten Werte
Koordination externer Entwicklungspartner

Ihre Qualifikation

B. Diplom-Ingenieur/Bachelor Maschinenbau oder Maschinenbautechniker mit - 3 Jahren adäquater Berufserfahrung)

- und Englischkenntnisse

Teamfähigkeit, Selbständigkeit, Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Flexibilität runden Ihr Profil ab

Job Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to):

Develops structure components (front linkage and/or undercarriage) for our wheeled excavators
Creates concept design to achieve optimum kinematics and lifting forces
Translates concepts into detailed component designs
Creates and releases component drawings
Supports prototype build and field tests
Conducts machine and component tests to verify design
Coordinates activities of external development partners

Your qualifications:

Technical education ( i.e. Mechanical Engineer, Mechanical Engineering Technician)
23 years of relevant work experience
Experience using 3D design software (ideally Creo)
Experience in component analysis using Creo Simulate
Advanced English and German communication skills (Speaking, Reading, Writing)
Ability to work independently, high quality standards, strong collaboration skills, ability to work with a global team
