For one of the leading web development agencies in Germany, we're looking for 100% remote Salesforce Loyalty Cloud Expert Roles:

  • Budget: up to max. 45€/h
  • Project context:
  • For our client, the SF L3 Support Engineer is responsible for the following:
  • Complex troubleshooting: the Salesforce L3 Support Engineer is responsible for solving complex technical issues reported by customers or other support levels. It requires a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, architecture and underlying technologies.
  • Customer support: answering questions, debugging code, analysing error logs and providing solutions, as well as assisting with deployments.
  • Provide technical advice on configuration, customisation and optimisation of Salesforce implementation.
  • Liaising with other teams: Working closely with other teams such as Development, L2 Support and Quality Assurance to share customer feedback, escalate issues and suggest product improvements.
  • Communication is a big part of this role as our customer contacts are also involved in major incident calls. However, the SF L3 Engineer is always supported by our L2 Support Team, which takes care of general ticket management and process compliance.
