We are recruiting for a
Team Lead
Market Implementation DACH & CEE **(M/F/d).

In this newly designed role, you will play a pivotal role in executing our marketing, market entry and expansion strategy for our cutting-edge wound care products.

You will be responsible for developing and leading a team and for working collaboratively with cross-functional departments to ensure the successful launch and growth of our products in the DACH & CEE market.


What you'll
do:

Strategy and Leadership: You will
be the driving force to implement marketing and product strategies in both markets together with your team. Your role involves creating and implementing guidelines, setting the framework for our local market organization, and ensuring a seamless execution that drives success.

Your responsibilities as a team leader include:

Team Empowerment: Lead, mentor, and develop our Market Implementation Team both technically and professionally. Your leadership will be pivotal in achieving our goals.

Market Insights: Be the voice of our local markets, summarizing its unique needs and facilitating valuable exchanges with our product management and marketing team.

Product Marketing: Manage targeted product marketing activities to provide exceptional sales support.

Product Launch: Lead the way in locally adapting and implementing product launches, including potential assessment, pricing strategies, and post-launch control.

Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of innovation and improvement by actively seeking and implementing suggestions for product and service enhancements.

Forecasting Excellence: Ensure ongoing planning and monitoring of quantity forecasts as part of our MBM process, ensuring we're always on track.

What you'll need:


  • An academic background, preferably with a business degree
  • Proven track record in marketing and product management
  • Market and product knowledge in the wound care sector or in medical devices
  • Sales experience and familiarity with relevant markets is desirable
  • Experience in leading and developing a team
  • Excellent communication, presentation and writing skills, confident at external speaking
  • Collaborative working style and with an analytic, proactive, and goaloriented attitude
  • Proficient knowledge of German and English required
