Support to develop and administer business development plans and processes to generate additional business, maximize profit and grow market share in line with business strategy, financial objectives and Group policies.


The key responsibilities in this role include:

Sales lifecycle process

  • Support administration of business development plans and processes to achieve targeted customer growth and retention rate, revenue targets and budgets
  • Provide support at all stages of the sales lifecycle for opportunities, contributing to new business wins
  • Support the CXM & Customer Basics agenda with the account management teams driving our 3 bottom lines
  • Conduct research for existing and potential customers and summarize identified areas of potential business opportunities (e.g. customer's supply chain requirements and business objectives)
  • Aid coordination of sales efforts, provide flow of data and drive completion of complex global projects

Internal Stakeholder management

  • Use information and insights from market studies and feasibility studies to assess market potential
  • Project manage initiatives run by the Global Clinical Logistics team
  • Identify new business development opportunities and initiate projects with the global team

Business Intelligence

  • Own, maintain and continuously improve the published dashboards on provided platforms (e.g. PowerBI, Salesforce)
  • Own internal collaboration hub (SharePoint) and generate informational content to equip the wider sales population for the engagements with their customers

Other requirements

  • Identify problems that may not be clear in own area of authority and modify work methods accordingly without the benefit of defined procedures

  • Strong analytical skills. Able to work with data, conduct market research and analysing business trends (essential)
  • Profficiency in tools such as Excel, Powerpoint, Power BI or other data management & visualitation tools (essential)
  • Research skills. Able to conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identifying business opportunities (preferred)
