As the Marketing Lead for Markets at C&A, you will play a pivotal role in driving brand visibility, consumer engagement, and revenue growth across our European markets.

Leading a talented team, you will be responsible for crafting and executing localized marketing strategies that resonate with our diverse customer base while staying aligned with our overarching brand vision and objectives.

Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering collaboration across departments, identifying growth opportunities, and continuously improving operational efficiency.

Your responsibilities:

- **Developing Tailored Marketing Strategies**: Analyze market trends and consumer preferences to develop tailored marketing strategies. Define objectives, target audience, and messaging for local marketing campaigns

Leading the Local Marketing Team: Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to ensure successful execution of initiatives. Foster a collaborative and creative environment

Understanding the Consumer: Conduct research on local market demographics, competition, and trends. Utilize data analysis tools to gather insights on consumer behavior and preferences

Creating Consumer-Facing Activation Campaigns: Conceptualize and develop consumer-facing campaigns tailored to local audiences. Collaborate with creative teams for messaging and visuals

Monitoring Campaign Performance: Track key performance metrics such as traffic, engagement rates, and sales conversion. Analyze data to identify areas for optimization

Collaborating with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with other departments to ensure alignment and integration of local marketing initiatives. Coordinate with external partners as needed

Budget Management: Manage budgets for local marketing initiatives. Allocate resources effectively and optimize spending for maximum ROI

Reporting to Senior Management: Provide regular updates and reports on campaign performance. Present insights and recommendations for future strategies based on data analysis


What you bring:

years of marketing experience, ideally in both global/regional and local markets, preferably in fashion

  • Proven ability to think strategically and drive businessminded marketing initiatives ideally in global, regional, and local markets
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a structured approach to decisionmaking
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams, fostering a growth mindset
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fastpaced environment
  • Business fluent in English (both oral and written)
