REQUIREMENTS:


  • A minimum of 12 years schooling
  • 4 year's appropriate experience and the ability to operate computer/conventionally controlled security systems.
  • A valid residence and work permit in Germany
  • Valid police clearance upon interviews

DUTIES:
The incumbent of this position will responsible for the following:

  • Receive visitors at the Consulate, determine nature and purpose of visit and assist.
  • Provide information about Consulate, such as location or services provided.
  • Operate telephone switchboard. Answer, screen, or forward calls, providing information, taking messages, or scheduling appointments.
  • Perform administrative support tasks
  • Civic services receive & process Passport, Temporary Passport, IDs, Birth, Marriage & Death Applications, Letter of No Impediment, Determination Of citizenship & Application for Abridged & Unabridged Certificates & Related Civic matters.
  • Capture related Immigration matters in accordance with the South African Civic &, Immigration Act, Treasury Regulations and other regulations from the Department of Home Affairs.
  • Render Consular & Agency Services
  • Provide general information about South Africa to members of the public.

Remuneration:
Salary range: € €50 906 per annum. The starting salary will be calculated according to qualifications and years of relevant experience.
