At the
Bietigheim-Bissingen site, we are looking for talents who will successfully drive the growth and further development of our LiDAR products with us.

These challenges await you:

• Responsible for the robust design in line with the economic objectives
• Applies Metiers Standardization rules and exceptionally requests destandardization based on sound justifications
• Ensure delivery of new standards as defined in the approved project scope
• Requests all required design reviews
• Represents the R& and D function to the customer
• Ensure patents are filed prior to notifying customer of technical innovations or innovative usage
• Report and escalate to the project manager or R&, D manager as needed
• Contribute to the identification of needs for resources, equipment and investments
• Establishing a detailed breakdown of activities to achieve milestones agreed upon with the Advanced Development Project Manager
• Follow up on activities and expenditures in his scope in order to stay within the specified budget
• Daily management of all R&D team members, whether permanent or not
• Assigning required work packages and reviewing completeness of deliverables
• Regular review with Metier Department Manager to verify match between needs and availability
• Support P1 teams at the customer for presentations of the solutions once IP protection is certified
• Ensure that required deliverables are ready on time (P1 Milestones) with the expected maturity level

You inspire us with that:

• University degree in mechanical engineering, computer science or electrical engineering, master's degree preferred

years of technical project management experience in automotive or other relevant industries

• Proven ability to complete technical projects on time and within budget
• Goaloriented and structured approach to work
• Initiative, high flexibility and good communication skills
• Very good knowledge of English, knowledge of German an advantage
