About the role:
As a Legal & Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive legal and compliance support and guidance to iGP, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations while mitigating legal risks.
Your expertise will play a crucial role in shaping our business strategies and ensuring our operations adhere to all relevant legal requirements.

What You'll
Do:
- Lead contract negotiations and advise on diverse commercial contracts.
- Providing legal advice to our management team, guiding them through the maze of laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with regulators and licensing authorities for licenses and permits, ensuring transparency.
- Draft, review, and negotiate agreements, minimizing legal risks and ensuring compliance.
- Manage intellectual property rights, addressing infringements.
- Identify legal risks, provide proactive advice, and manage litigation matters.
- Develop and implement policies for legal compliance and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to provide legal guidance and support.
About You:
- Bachelor's degree in law or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of iGaming regulations, compliance requirements, and licensing procedures. Familiarity with relevant gaming authorities and jurisdictions is highly desirable.
- Comprehensive knowledge of contract law, intellectual property law, data protection regulations, and other relevant legal areas within the iGaming industry.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Proven experience in drafting, reviewing and advising on commercial contracts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with crossfunctional teams and external stakeholders.
