Mercedes-Benz Group Services Berlin (MBGSB) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Mercedes-Benz Group AG.

As a shared service center for the AG and its subsidiaries, we offer innovative solutions in the areas of finance, controlling and HR.

We are looking for vacation employees (f/m/d) to work in the commercial area in our company in the period from to to support us in the following tasks:

Administrative processing of personnel and remuneration-related issues
Support in applicant communication as well as applicant screening
Answering customer inquiries

Qualifications

You are a pupil or student or you are in the transition period between school and studies/training/secondary school or federal voluntary service/voluntary military service.

You are already 18 years old, have good German language skills and it is possible for you to work in the period from to minimum assignment 8 weeks).

You bring the following qualifications:

PC skills: MS Office, Outlook if necessary
Very good knowledge of German, good knowledge of English
Ability to work independently
Quick comprehension
Flexibility
High level of commitment
Experience in the commercial field desirable, but not a prerequisite.
Short letter of motivation (24 sentences)

Additional information

The minimum assignment is 8 weeks and your weekly working hours are 39 hours.
