As an experienced PR Executive, you'll be supporting from conducting general research for press requests, event locations, to preparing regular clipping service for internal staff and our dealers.
You'll research and identify new opportunities (print and digital) within the EU market and design and execute the production of PR related materials (print and digital) for our dealers.
You'll collaborate with agencies in making sure the translations for press article/releases are accurate.You'll work collaboratively with the relevant departments and have a consistent strategy for media loans and press car fleets.
As part of your role, you'll conduct administrative tasks such as update PR database with media contacts, press fleet activities, event activities and many more.
You will be fully accountable for your project and tasks ensuring they are delivered within the agreed budget.Being part of the Aston Martin PR team means attending events occasionally which can be at glamorous locations.
You'll be there to ensure these events run as smoothly as possible for our media contacts, influencer, and dealer partner.
For our events to receive maximum exposure you will sometimes search which journalists and/or influencers are best to promote and support these events.
This role is part of a small team, where you'll report directly to the Head of PR & Communications Europe.
As part of the role, you'll also be working closely with Journalists, Aston Martin HQ, the Sales and Marketing team Europe, dealer partners, Influencers, agencies, and travel agents.
Ideally, you'll be degree educated or have sufficient experience gained within a similar fast-paced role within either an automotive or the ultra-luxury sector.
We are looking for a confident, driven, organised, motivated person with a can-do approach. You'll have exceptional communicating skills and have the confidence to challenge and persuade where required.
You'll have excellent time management and organisational skills as you'll be working to multiple ever-changing priorities/deadlines using your own judgement and pre-empting any issues before they may arise.
You'll have excellent project management skills to manage conflicting events.You'll be highly proficient in Microsoft Office:
Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
The work pattern for this role is Monday - Friday with flexibility required to travel as and when required with an occasional requirement to attend events which could be during the weekend.
