The opportunity:


Responsibilities:


Influencer Marketing:


  • Develop and Execute influencer marketing campaigns for Sephora Scandinavia, Sephora Germany, and Sephora Switzerland, aligned with brand objectives and target audiences in close collaboration with marketing manager and agencies.
  • Identify and engage with relevant influencers in the German beauty and cosmetics industry, building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Manage endtoend influencer collaborations, including negotiation, contract management, and campaign implementations and ideas.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in influencer marketing, implementing innovative approaches to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Select influencers to invite for events and attend these when required.

Social Media Management (Sephora Scandinavia):


  • Assist with executing a dynamic social media strategy for Sephora Scandinavia, targeting the local audience and reflecting the brand's values and aesthetics.
  • Manage the editorial content calendar in close collaboration with our Social Media agency where planning, briefing and copy writing are crucial elements.
  • Develop and curate engaging and unique content for various social media platforms, including Instagram and Tiktok.
  • Monitor social media trends, industry news, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.

Collaboration and Communication:


  • Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams, to align influencer marketing and social media efforts with overall brand strategies.
  • Provide clear and timely communication to stakeholders, ensuring alignment on goals, objectives, and campaign performance.
  • Act as a liaison between influencers and internal teams, facilitating seamless collaboration and delivering on campaign expectations.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience managing influencer marketing campaigns and social media platforms, ideally in the beauty or cosmetics industry.
  • Indepth knowledge of the German influencer scene, including a strong network of connections with influencers and content creators is a bonus.
  • Passion for social media and a deep understanding of current trends, platform algorithms, and best practices.
  • Comfortable speaking English and exceptional vocabulary, both verbally and written, as the main language for our communication channels is English
  • German should be mother tongue
  • Strong creative thinking and storytelling abilities, with the capacity to create engaging content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers and stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media metrics and generate insights to optimize campaign performance.
  • Selfmotivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and drive projects forward.
  • Availability to start August 15th and work from our office in Dusseldorf, Germany with remote working possibilities.
