Control Center Coordinator
Your new job includes

As an employee of our familyrun company in the travel market, you will take over the central interface and act as an independent contact person between the transport and warehouse areas as well as customer order management. In addition, you will manage daytoday operations and ensure that orders are processed on time. As Control Center Coordinator you are responsible for the
Preparing staff schedules together with the team leaders for the Operations area
Controlling and monitoring the stateoftheart facility and coordinating maintenance work and malfunctions in cooperation with the IT and engineering department as well as external service providers
Continuous optimization of processes and services, taking into account the highest quality aspects
Preparation of statistics and analyses with the help of KPIs for the operational daytoday business
Take over special or project tasks

What you should bring along

A successfully completed commercial apprenticeship or a comparable commercial degree
Several years of professional experience in material flow control and technology in automated warehouses
Good knowledge of SAP and MS Office, experience in handling warehouse management systems primarily EWM
Good German as well as English knowledge in word and writing
You are very flexible, show initiative, have a high level of comprehension and a structured, goaloriented way of working and have no problem with shift work in the morning and late at night.
