The following tasks await you:

Consult for a productionoriented design, procure material, products and semifinished components, manufacture or finish mechanical components and structures by processing of various materials (metal, plastic, wood) and assemble and maintain test beds & rigs including the setup and adjustment of equipment and machines
Manage projects for the design, procurement and assembly of test fixtures and proactively make improvements
Support during commissioning, maintenance, and calibration of test benches
Instrument test benches and execute simple tests autonomously (e.g., on battery cyclers)
Participate in administrative tasks to develop and maintain the functionality of the Technical Operation (TO) Team and its facilities (e.g. in the creation of processes, templates, and technical documentation)

Your profile:

Education as mechatronics technician, assembly technology specialist, or a similar educational background
Professional experience and broad technical understanding of mechanical and plant engineering
Knowledge and experience with electrical systems (particularly energy storage systems)
Experience in working in a test environment in the automotive or aerospace industry highly appreciated
Knowledge of manufacturing, assembly, modification, and repair of mechanical products by manual and machinesupported processing, such as milling, lathing, sawing, drilling, welding, bending, grinding, cutting, screwing, riveting, soldering, bonding
Organisational and networking talent, efficient in the operation of standard IT software (e.g., MS office) and the ability to learn other software tools (e.g., Jira and Confluence)
Good English language skills required, German skills is a plus
Drivers license class B (car) required
