We understand architecture as a possible answer to questions that concern our clients and society. The Programming Team specifies the questions and isolates the problem. We recognize complex processes and interdependencies.

We develop new building typologies, places for innovation and communication, working environments and thought models for our clients - interdisciplinary and innovative beyond existing boundaries.

Our tasks are diverse in topic and scale. In the early stages of projects, we work closely with clients, users and our design studios.

We create the right context for a task by defining the vision, designing a target image, recording and evaluating requirements and making the right deductions.

Among other things, we deal with working environments and the spatial challenges of new ways of working, we develop strategic building concepts and master plans for companies, real estate developers and municipalities.

With an unconventional way of thinking and interdisciplinary methods we develop reliable and resilient strategies and concepts.

Forms and spaces are not a mere goal, but are developed from the processes, requirements and cultural contexts of the respective project.

For our our programming department we are looking for Working Students / Interns (M/F/x) with an architectural, interior design, graphic design, communications, software programming or data analysis educational background for our Berlin office at the earliest possible date.

You can expect the following:

An interface position between HENN's internal departments Technical Systems and Business Development
Independent research, analysis and presentation of results
Development of a research pool of planning partners in the fields of technical building services, electrical engineering and other engineering disciplines
Maintenance and further development of internal databases and information collections
Preparation of market reports and market analyses, for instance, in the sectors of Health Care, Energy, Transportation, etc.
Support in maintaining initial contacts with potential planning partners and providing recommendations for further steps

You bring along:

Ongoing studies in the fields of Architecture, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline (Civil Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering)
Interest in current developments in largescale architectural projects and construction
Interest in areas such as research and market analysis
Proficient in German and good command of English
Independent, structured, and meticulous work approach
