Positionsübersicht:

For the next possible start date we are looking for a Technical Writer (f/m/d)for our Documentation department

Grundlegende Verantwortlichkeiten:

Your Duties:


  • You will create manuals, such as operating instructions, maintenance and repair instructions, explosion protection instructions for our products (pumps, pump systems, auxiliary systems), taking into account the applicable standards
  • You research product details in internal departments and coordinate your work with their contacts
  • You create and edit graphics and technical illustrations
  • You will ensure that translations of instructions are completed on time
  • You will support the service providers of the technical editing department by giving them specifications for the timely performance of their work
  • You develop concepts to optimize the use of our editorial system and to provide useroriented editorial content in it
  • You update existing instructions as required by our projects
  • You will independently ensure that your tasks are implemented in line with deadlines and processes

Positionsanforderungen:

The requirements:


  • Completed degree in technical writing

Alternatively:
completed engineering degree and certified advanced training as a technical writer

  • Professional experience in technical editing
  • Experience in using a content management system (CCMS) such as Cosima, Noxum, Schema ST4; willingness to familiarize yourself with a new or additional system
  • Professional handling of common graphic tools and tools (Adobe products, MS Office products, ERP systems)
  • Excellent knowledge of German and very good knowledge of English
  • Structured way of working, meticulous work style
  • Ability to work in a team, communication skills
