BUSINESS UNIT

POSITION

We are seeking a seasoned, committed, and ambitious Senior Business Controller / Financial Planning (all genders) SaaS to join a rapidly expanding organization with a vibrant, agile management team.

Tasks

Take charge of financial control and steering for a business unit
Challenge conventions, boost performance and insight
Enhance and oversee KPIs (SaaS) for business guidance
Scenario modeling and long-term planning; collaborative budgeting with BU
Oversight and continual enhancement of monthly closing, forecasts, and annual budget planning processes
Deviation analysis, commentary, and actionable recommendation derivation
Participate in and challenge BU Management meetings
Consult internal stakeholders
Engage in cross-departmental projects and initiatives

Requirements:

Completed studies in business administration with a finance and controlling focus or equivalent qualification
Extensive experience in Business Controlling within a SaaS company highly valued
Growth-oriented mindset, hyper-scaling experience, hands-on approach, attention to detail, robust analytical skills, problem-solving capability
Rapid establishment of credibility and trust across all organizational levels
Strong presentation skills and ability to craft precise, actionable presentations
Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Familiarity with ERP systems preferred (SAP, Navision)
Fluent in spoken and written German and English
