Heron Luftfahrt GmbH & Co. KG, ist ein junges und dynamisches Luftfahrtunternehmen aus dem Süddeutschen Raum, welches seit 2010 Business Jets betreibt. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine Vollzeitkraft im Bereich Flugkoordination.

Sie arbeiten eng mit Ihrem Team von 6 Dispatchern zusammen, um den sicheren und effizienten Betrieb jedes einzelnen Fluges der Heron Aviation Gruppe zu gewährleisten.

Vom ersten Tag an tragen Sie die Verantwortung für die Flugplanung, behördliche Genehmigungen, Bodenabfertigungsdienste, Flugüberwachung, Unterbringung und Transport der Besatzung und vieles mehr.


Flight Dispatcher müssen außerdem das Management von Zeit zu Zeit bei der Weiterentwicklung der betrieblichen Verfahren und Zielen des Unternehmens unterstützen.

Diese Position richtet sich insbesondere an Bewerber, die sich als Teamplayer und Führungskraft sehen.


Fähigkeiten und Erfahrung die Sie mitbringen:

  • Ausgezeichnete Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse sind ein Muss (in Wort und Schrift)

  • Kenntnisse in Spanisch und Französisch sind von Vorteil
  • Ausgeglichene und disziplinierte Persönlichkeit mit guten Umgangsformen
  • Eine dienstleistungsorientierte, organisierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Rasche Auffassungsgabe
  • Fähigkeit auch in stressigen Situationen ruhig und konzentriert zu arbeiten
  • Umgang mit den gängigen Microsoft-OfficeProdukten wie Word und Excel
  • Eine "Can-Do Attitude" "Ready to go for the Extra Mile"
  • Berufserfahrung in der Luftfahrt von mindestens 4 Jahren
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
  • Umgang mit PPS

We are searching for an immediate full-time hire to support our office in Lauchringen for a Senior Dispatcher.


Your Impact:


Flight Dispatcher at Heron Aviation gain wide exposure to the aviation branch and are presented with a dynamic work environment that requires quick thinking and problem-solving skills.

You will work closely with your team of 6 Flight Dispatcher to ensure the safe and efficient operation of every single flight under the Heron Aviation Group.

You will be presented with responsibility from day 1, including flight planning, regulatory approvals, ground handling services, flight following, crew accommodation & transport and more.


Flight Dispatcher are also required to assist management from time to time in the continuing development of the firm's operational procedures and objectives.

This position especially is geared towards those applicants who see themselves as a Team player and Leader.


Skills & Experience We Are Looking For:

  • Excellent German & English language skills is a must
  • Knowledge of Spanish & French is advantageous
  • Experience with flight planning tools such as PPS or similar is a must
  • A balanced, disciplined, and flexible personality with good social knowhow
  • An ability to quickly learn and react to stressful situations
  • A serviceminded and independent approach to your work
  • You should be committed to a customeroriented attitude
  • Experience with common office software
  • A "Can-Do" attitude with the bias to always go the extra mile
  • Willing to work on a shift work duty roster
  • 4 years' experience in business aviation and ground operations
  • Relocation to Berlin
