It is all about people At our headquarters in Munich, we are further strengthening our People Team and are looking for an experienced People Business Partner (M/F/d) as sparring partner for business leaders and our Spatialists globally with a focus on our Sales and Customer facing teams.

As the global People and Culture compass, we enable our existing and future Spatialists to grow, succeed and make an impact.

We make up the backbone of NavVis.


HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

  • You will be the global sparring partner for the managers of 'your' departments for People and Organizational topics including C level department heads
  • You will actively shape people development, performance, and organizational changes across 'your' departments and drive people initiatives in close cooperation with our L&D and compensation experts and in line with our business and people strategy
  • You will advise and coach managers on employee and team related matters
  • You will work with our Spatialists on their career development & aspirations to help them strive within NavVis
  • You will shape strategic People processes and projects in close cooperation with the entire People Team to enable our international growth and ensure NavVis is an attractive inclusive place to strive

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE

  • With several years of experience in a People Business Partner role, preferably in an international fastgrowing tech environment, you will be wellequipped to partner with managers globally
  • Your passion about shaping a partially still 'greenfield' environment will enable you to strive in our growth environment
  • Your expertise in German employment practices (additional countries would be a plus) as well as insights into People operations will significantly help you in this role
  • Your excellent communication & collaboration skills as well as a handson mentality will allow you to manage various internal stakeholders and own your broad range of projects and responsibilities successfully
  • Fluent English and a good mastery of German will allow you to strive in our 'English first' environment whilst from timetotime handling employment matters that might be written in German
