Your mission:


  • Support with OEM tender and offer documents, gather and organise information from internal
stakeholders and process the internal distribution of projects

  • Conduct market research to identify emobility market trends and potential future customers
  • Assist in developing sales processes and cooperate with the sales and bid & pricing team proactively
  • Prepare for, organise and assist internal and external meetings such as customer
presentations/ meetings

  • Support the Sales team in everyday tasks (producing regular sales reports including the status of current OEM projects)
  • Participation in customer meetings ( taking meeting minutes, internal tracking of customer requests )

Your profile:


  • Currently enrolled in a second year Bachelor or Master degree in management, business administration, industrial engineering or a comparable study with a focus on sales.
  • Very good written and verbal English (German or other languagesare plus).
  • Ability to work with us as a working student for at least 1 year
  • Knowledge of sales / project management tasks and procesesses
  • Experience in dealing with customers/ stakeholders and sales pitches is desirable
  • Experience with OEMs is a big plus
  • Good presentation and MS Office skills, knowledge of Confluence and Jira are a plus
  • Comfortable working within a highpaced, impactdriven environment and getting handson to get projects to move forward
  • Solid interpersonal and intercultural skillset with the ability to communicate and positively influence diverse stakeholders
  • Selfdriven attitude & eager to take responsibility
  • Determination to gain (further) insights into the emobility business and a passion for emobility
