    We have partnered with an exciting Biotech company who are looking for a Vendor Manager with experience in Clinical Supply to join their team.

    Responsibilities:

    • Establishes and maintains productive working relationships with designated CTS vendors in accordance with the CTS outsourcing strategy.
    • Locates, chooses, hires, and manages CTS suppliers. drives the creation of important deliverables for CTS suppliers, including contracts, quality agreements, pricing matrices, CDAs, Master Service Agreements, and Statements of Work.
    • Puts into practice the CTS operational model, which includes roles and duties, work instructions, standard operating procedures, processes, and electronic data exchange/system interfaces, for collaborating with designated suppliers. makes certain that a quality agreement is created and upheld.
    • Assures that CTS standards—such as those pertaining to budgeting, invoice processing, packing and labelling, distribution and return policies, and deviation management—are followed by designated vendors.
    • Oversees periodic reporting and makes that allocated vendors are in agreement and that KPIs are aligned. Frequently assesses vendor performance and jointly prioritizes and executes process improvement actions with vendors.
    • Creates and manages official vendor business partnership strategies. oversees the assigned vendors' recurring operational assessments in accordance with the established CTS vendor governance approach.
    • Acts as the initial point of contact for assigned vendor concerns or service complaints inside CTS. enables prompt resolution and, when necessary, corrective and preventive action. makes certain that complaints about services and vendors are monitored, evaluated, addressed, and shared as necessary.

    Qualifications:

    • A bachelor's, master's or doctoral degree in the biological sciences, engineering, logistics, or a related field of study
    • At least five years of expertise in the biopharmaceutical business in clinical supply management, clinical research, product development, and/or global R&D project management, with two of those years spent collaborating with relevant international vendors.
    • English speaking
    • Strong Communication skills
    • Good knowledge of Excel
