Azure Active Directory Admin

Microsoft Intune, iOS and Android clients, Windows and macOS clients.

Your tasks and responsibilities:


  • You will identify and troubleshoot security issues (mainly) related to Azure AD, Azure Conditional Access Policies, iOS and Android clients, Windows and macOS clients
  • You will collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues
  • You will document solutions and resolutions to issues in our knowledge base for future reference
  • You will escalate unresolved issues to senior technical staff for further analysis and resolution
  • You will proactively identify areas for improvement in our technology support processes and make recommendations for improvement

Your qualifications and experience:


  • You hold a bachelor's degree in IT or comparable
  • You have several years of experience in a technical support or help desk role
  • We also welcome applicants with completed vocational training and further education in combination with additional professional experience in this field
  • You have advanced knowledge in these products/areas: Cloud authentication, Single Sign-On, Azure AD, Azure Conditional Access Policies, Identity and Access Management, Azure B2B and device management solutions like: Microsoft Intune
  • You have profound knowledge of common desktop and mobile operating systems like iOS, Android, Windows, MacOS
  • Basic network knowledge is expected
  • You have experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems

Your attributes and skills:


  • Since you are interacting with colleagues on an international level, excellent English skills are required, and knowledge of other languages is an advantage
  • You have the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
  • You have strong attention to detail, high levels of personal integrity, and excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • You can think outside the box and look at larger, more complex issues in different lights to provide alternative approaches or undiscovered solutions
