Your tasks:

Working with different stakeholders to understand their responsibilities within the business
Create a process which outlines what needs to be done when, and by whom
Nonexhaustive list of stakeholders: Product Management, eCommerce, ERP, Pricing, Marketing, PR, Aftersales, IT, R&D, external consultants
Tracking progress of the different stakeholders on a weekly basis
Reporting when status of programmes to management
Leading operational launch meeting
Bringing stakeholders together to unblock any issues for example, creating tracking documents, creating meetings, connecting stakeholders in the correct fashion, or chasing

Your profile:

You have a degree in business, engineering, IT or similar
You have worked in a product or project management role or a role with multiple stakeholders
Experience in the consultancy industry, IT industry, or automotive industry would be a plus
Product Management experience desirable
Knowledge about the automotive industry, particularly the EV segment
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English. German and Mandarin are a plus
