The role:

We're looking for an experienced B2B growth marketing leader to ramp up the supply side of our marketplace.

Our suppliers are experience creators running guided tours, food experiences, day trips, city cruises and many more. You can familiarize yourself with our supplier offering here.

The role's scope is scaling the mid and long-tail experience creators. This is an
individual contributor role (at the moment) with high business impact that was already proven.


You will:


  • Own acquisition: define channels priority for testing, execute to reach productchannel fit, work on CRO and registration experience
  • Own activation: define largest bottlenecks in activation experience, build CRM and DRIP comms to help suppliers navigate through the funnel together with the product team
  • Do market and UX research to identify the priority roadmap for yourself and inform product teams on your hypotheses
  • Prioritize and Execute together with Product and Business teams to reach common objectives

Who you are:


  • 5+ years of prior experience in a growth marketing or similar role
  • Excellent understanding of growth loops, growth models, and funnels
  • Operational (able to execute independently) knowledge of 12 marketing channels (e.g. paid search, seo, referral, etc.)
  • Selfsufficiency and ability to execute on experiments in a hacky, scrappy manner to increase the velocity of experimentation
  • Preferable: prior B2B experience or great understand of core B2B growth marketing operations
  • Bonus: marketplace experience

Examples of initiatives you might be running:

  • Building a referral program from the ground up
  • Creating CRM experiments to overcome the main funnel bottlenecks in the activation flow
  • Preparing and executing on partner marketing campaigns to drive signups through travel B2B SaaS
