At Superchat, we're reimagining how businesses communicate with their customers

Our mission is simple:
Communicating with a business should be as easy and natural as talking to a friend.

Superchat is the most comprehensive messaging-suite for small and medium-sized businesses.

Using our platform, businesses of all sizes can connect with customers via any channel (WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, Telegram and many more) and send out payment requests, collect reviews and sell products in a modern and convenient way.

In the last three years since foundation, Superchat has won 2,500 B2B customers, mostly in Germany.

However, we see a massive opportunity to expand into further markets and you can help us expand into Spain or Italy.

Superchat raised over $19 million in capital from leading Venture Capital funds Blossom Capital and 468 Capital as well as angel investors including the founders of Trivago, Lieferando and Lovoo.

Your responsibilities:

You drive the whole sales process, first focusing on generating interest and possibly conducting demos later on.
You help us adapt our website, sales material and communication to the country.

Your profile:

You have prior experience in sales in Spain or Italy, ideally selling to B2B customers (SMEs).
You are excited about sales and like pushing every day to achieve the maximum results.
You are very entrepreneurial and love testing growth hacks and developing processes.
You speak German and/or English fluently.
You like getting your hands dirty and working operationally.
You are available to working for at least 4 months from our Berlin office ideally longer. We are also happy to offer you a fulltime role after the internship.
