Your Tasks:

Intragroup/Intercompany/Other check reports (time critical especially at month end closing)
Run reports and set up missing Intragroup/Intercompany data
Run reports and set up missing customer and profit center allocation for new materials (Q0063)
Check and correct Plan/Act data discrepancies between plants and sales organizations
Maintenance of Plan prices for FOC and BUD (time critical in FOC and BUD phases)
Data maintenance (time critical)

- download of VDA data (published statistic of German OEMs on produced quantities)
- maintenance of ACT volumes and open orders in take rate tables

Support Demand Planners
Adhoc analyses
Retrieve data from OEM and other database
Preparation of new data

What you should bring with you:

Commercial understanding
Excellent Office skills, especially Excel

Nice to have:

Skills in SAP, IBP, BW
