For one of our ventures in the pet care industry (B2C), we're looking for an experienced addition to join their management team.

• You will work closely with the cofounders to define and optimize the overall strategy
• You develop appropriate metrics, set measurable goals and implement required actions handson in order contribute to a lean, efficient and automated marketing strategy
• Provide effective leadership to ensure the development of the business and its people
• Lead, develop and communicate the commercial vision, strategy, and resource requirements to successfully grow the company
• Contribute significantly as a member of the management team; develop and foster close and trusting working relationships with the cofounders and entire team

• Extensive experience in a marketing and/or commercial leadership role preferably with startup experience in ecommerce (DTC, B2C)
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset: handson mentality and the ability to empower end enable talent to become autonomous, selfmotivated and engaged members of the company
• Problemsolving skills: outofthebox thinking and pragmatic and quick solutions to remove any obstacles and ensure continuous progress
• Fluent German skills and professional experience in the German B2C market
