Customer Service Specialist (f/m/d):
Responsibilities:
- Independent and efficient processing of customer enquiries, e.g. preparation of quotations, checking of delivery times, dispatch of documents, etc.
- Recording and active management of orders and delivery schedules incl. Review of the content of the contract
- Active management of the delivery dates of the registered orders and delivery schedules, if necessary integration of logistics/SC manager/field service/customer
- Close collaboration with the Supply Chain and Logistics department to optimally supply our customers
- Complaint handling
Qualifications:
- Successfully completed commercial vocational training
- 2 years of professional experience
- Sound computer skills with PC systems and ERP systems
- Very good knowledge of German and good English, spoken and written
- Good knowledge of the supply chain
- Salesoriented attitude and fun in serving customers when selling premium products
- Teamwork and flexibility
- Empathic communication style and openness to contact
- Friendly and safe behaviour
- Commitment, assertiveness and negotiating skills
