Tasks
The future of mobility in the transportation sector is electric. Our share of battery-electric vehicles is therefore growing steadily.

We have systematically aligned our Group strategy to this with the EA (Electric Architecture) projects and are underlining our claim to leadership in electric mobility in the van and MPV segment with the strategic product project 'VAN.EA' (Van Electric Architecture).

We will work with you on the third generation of our battery-powered vans for both commercial and private customers.


In your internship you will work in the VAN/SPEA department (Strategic Project Management for the VAN.EA platform), which is responsible for managing the overall project of the third generation of our battery electric vans.

For this reason, we are looking for you to join the "Master Time Scheduling & Ramp up Planning" team.

You will support the planning and control of the overall project and will be the interface to all departments in the organization.

During your internship, you will gain in-depth insights into the range of activities involved in project management and the VAN product development process.

These are some of the challenges you will face:

  • Operational participation in the team
  • Active control of the schedule house committee
  • Creation of schedules cPlace
  • Coordination of the individual departments through active topic control
  • Implementation as well as preparation and followup of interdisciplinary committees and workshops
  • Preparation of report and decision documents
  • Ensuring cooperation between the departments & locations

Qualifications

  • Degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, economics or a comparable course of study
  • Confident knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
  • Confident handling of MS-Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
  • Interest in project management and an affinity for scheduling
  • High degree of independence, initiative and communication skills
  • High level of commitment and reliability in the execution of work
  • Enjoy working independently
