In short
Your Mission
- We're one of the first customers in Europe to use Workday Scheduling so you'll get handson experience on how we leverage this module for our fast growing Retail business.
- You'll be driving the further rollout and need to be hands on, willing to learn and eager to contribute to a scalable design
- We believe in full inhouse development: You need to be able to quickly understand problems and to come up with solutions in a dynamic environment to support agile business process design and configuration together with teams within On
- You're actively interested to find touchpoints for automations and increased user experience between Time Tracking, Absence & Scheduling and PRISM & Extend delivering the WOW for our stakeholders
- As a teamplayer You also understand Workday HCM and support the team to ensure a smooth running of our Talent systems landscape by actively taking part in our support model
years of experience in working with Workday
- Proven experience with the Workday modules Absence and Time Tracking
- You love to collaborate, have a candoattitude and an entrepreneurial mindset and have no problems in going beyond your usual scope if required
- You're a digital native and a quick learner
- Datadriven and analytical mindset exploring a variety of sustainable ways of finding solutions
- A passion for innovation and process improvement to deliver the WOW within our Talent function
