As a Working Student in Revenue Operations (M/F/d), you will join the Rev Ops team and support their goal to level up our processes and prepare ToolTime for the future.

YOUR ROLE

Supporter: You will support our process architects in building the best solutions for our sales teams.
Sparring Partner: You will work closely with your team members to learn how to use Salesforce and to assist in the creation of reports and templates.
Data Specialist: You will be responsible for keeping our Salesforce database up to date.
Maintainer: You will provide general support to the Revenue Operations team's projects, contributing to the overall success.
Observer: You will gain an overview of main processes and functionalities in order to build up a documentation database.

REQUIREMENTS:

YOUR PROFILE

Status: You are currently enrolled at a university and studying in the field of business/ technology (or a related degree program).
Language: You are fluent in English.
Curiosity: You are highly motivated to learn about Salesforce, sales processes and reports.
Datadriven: You have strong analytical skills and a rational approach to solving problems.
Passion: You work with attention to detail.
Collaboration: You are willing to work in a collaborative, diverse and international startup environment.
Availability: You will be available for at least 6 months (flexible hours).

OUR REVENUE OPERATIONS TEAM

Our successful Revenue Operations Team is known internally as 'RevOps' and their icon is the unicorn But don't worry, they are happy to share the story behind the unicorn Within the team of 5 talented and enthusiastic colleagues you will find 5 different nationalities and 9 languages spoken All in all, the team consists of a Business Development Manager, a Data Analyst, a Revenue Operations Manager, a Salesforce Administrator and is led by the Vice President of Revenue Operations.
