ZEISS Industrial Quality Solutions (IQS) is a leading manufacturer of multidimensional measurement solutions.

Your Role- Developing and leading a team of metrology experts having the scope to support ZEISS SSCs (Sales & Service Centers) worldwide- Representing a central reference for the global ZEISS Application Engineering community (promoting active networking, connecting customers' experiences, assuring proper knowledge exchanges)- Developing team expertise in dedicated engineering areas (i.e Aerospace, Medicine,...) along the full ZEISS IQS portfolio (CMMs, Industrial Microscopes, Optical Systems, X-Ray)- Supporting ZEISS QECs (Quality Excellence Centers) providing support for quality standards, calibration services, and industrial metrology in general Establishing performance metrics aligning with site initiatives and strategies.

Your Profile- Master degree in Engineering (mechanical, industrial,...) / PhD preferred- 5+ years of direct experience developed in a top metrology &/or Quality Management environment- Strong theoretical knowledge in the field of industrial metrology (scientific publications and participation on scientific congresses are considered a plus)- Familiarity in handling industrial metrology HW & SW- Ability to manage technical cases along a wide range of metrology instruments- Ability to lead a team of experts operating in a multicultural environment- Critical thinking skills, problem solving, strategy development, and project management experience- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and Englisch.
