Arnhem (Netherlands) or Hannover (Germany) who will contribute to this. Could that be you?


Your contribution to TenneT:


  • You work closely with individual projects to support the governance bodies in their steering by helping
    formulate overviews and decisionmaking materials at the program level (e.g status overviews of various initiatives, integrated program plans, progress and exception reports, decision documents)
  • You support the Partnership Boards in preparing requested materials and doing followups wherever needed
  • You act as
    the point of contact for the stakeholders of the program, and continuously help
    monitor, secure, benchmark, warrent, and improve the established standards for the purposes of performance management and quality assurance
  • You ensure
    the implementation and continuous improvement of processes, tools and culture; you also
    ensure compliance with laws, regulations, internal policy and guidelines, as well as other relevant internal and external agreements
  • You
    ensure that the work progress across project is achieved under effective cooperation and creates synergies throughout the organization

Your profile and background:


  • You have
    3+ years of proven record in a comparable role with crossfunctional scopes (ideally in big infrastructure projects, PMO or management consultancy)
  • You have
    preferably a Master's degree and
    an academic level of thinking and working which allows you to grasp the essence of information quickly and connect dots

You are enthusiastic, determined, and eager to learn. You
enjoy a dynamic working environment and
can cope with changes. Meanwhile, your
structured way of working enables you to juggle different tasks simultaneously and effectively

  • You have
    great communication skills and exhibit
    a strong orientation for partnership and trust towards both internal and external stakeholders
  • You are fluent in
    English and
    either German or Dutch:
  • You are willing to
    travel internationally as per project needs
  • You are
    preferably IPMA certified or open to obtain

This will be our challenge:


  • Large Projects Offshore is a key contributor to the energy transition. The Unit is responsible for the current and future development of the offshore grid as a whole and subsequently for the development and realization of the DC interconnectors and the Offshore Wind Farm grid connections in both the German and Dutch sectors of the North Sea.
