Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a

Buyer for Retrofit and Upgrades Services (M/F/d):

You will join the Procurement Cabin commodity and you will be part of the Procurement Cabin team for Aftersales for Monuments, Floor to Floor and Cargo.

You will join a motivated and multicultural team, evolving in a very dynamic environment, and you will have two challenges: to limit the financial exposure of Airbus in the case of in-service issues, but also to support the expansion of Airbus and Satair in the very competitive cabin service market.

You will shape the relationship with our Airbus supplier in this aftermarket contexts

You will work in an environment in continuous evolution with a large growth potential, where creativity, flexibility, and dynamism are highly valued.

Your location
The largest production site for civil aircraft can be found in Hamburg. Its location on the southern banks of the river Elbe means that you can travel to work by ship. The vibrant port of Hamburg is a green and cosmopolitan city brimming with culture.

Your passport

You have at least 3 to 5 years of professional experience in strategic Procurement or Supplier Management or Sourcing environment
Preferably, you already worked with SAP
It would be a plus, if you already have experience within the Aerospace environment
You speak English on negotiation level; German, French and/or other languages would be a plus

As a person

You are a team player who is able to work in a multifunctional and international environment
You are creative and innovative, with the capacity to be quickly autonomous, and adaptable in a fast changing environment
You show interest and you are openminded on Data analytics
You are willing to travel occasionally (mostly to Toulouse, France and/or to visit some suppliers within Europe)
