Job Description:


You will show executive leadership for all product messaging, competitive analysis and positioning, product launch management, GTM strategy, sales enablement, and customer/segment insights to inform strategic campaigns that help drive customer acquisition, growth and retention.

You will also have experience in bringing our product story to life in high-impact ways through content and messaging.

This role will be a GTM Partner for

Product Managers:

You will learn about the product functionality from our teams in order to properly bridge the gap between product and marketing.

You will also help our product teams through competitive landscape analysis and market directions in improving technology, product roadmaps, use cases, and functionality.

You will help our teams bring the product to market and connect sales and marketing to reach goals.

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced marketing leader to report directly to the VP Brand & Content

  • Lead the global B2B product marketing team, delivering highimpact gotomarket strategies spanning 3 regions (EMEA, AMS & APAC) partnering with them to deliver results
  • Design and drive gotomarket planning and execution (messaging, positioning, differentiators, benefits, collateral, tools, training, etc.) with Product Management to define segmentation and personas using data driven customer insights
  • Define, own, and drive ambitious marketing targets and success metrics for TeamViewers product offering including marketing growth initiatives, feature releases and solution positioning and product launches
  • Work with our Sports Partners (Manchester United and Mercedes AMG) to develop Use Cases that can then be positioned and taken to market
  • Define target customers, messaging, and scaling GTM assets & toolkits for regional & marketing teams
  • Partner closely with sales teams to deliver sales enablement toolkits, including product demos, pitch decks and competitive battlecards, ensuring strong comprehension and consistency of message
  • Support with thought leadership and strategic research insights from Analysts looking at market opportunity assessment, target customer & proposition development, pricing and competitive benchmarking
  • Manage a team of 5 people

Qualifications:


  • Demonstrated track record of managing and developing talented individuals
  • 10+ years of product marketing experience within the B2B IT industry, with time at an established hightech company
  • Have supported a B2B/B2C product in the technology space and ideally bring experience in remote management with you
  • Broad IT management technical knowledge in remote management, AR, IoT, SMB/Enterprise, IT/OT, backup, endpoint management required
  • Familiarity with both Provider and business customer SMB to Enterprise IT environments
  • Capability to delve into technology and communicate intricate concepts in a simple and clear manner across written and verbal formats, including public speaking, demonstrations, and content creation
  • Proven experience collaborating with technical and business teams, representing the interests of partners and customers, and devising innovative methods to gather customer feedback
  • Vibrant energy and enthusiasm that can inspire and motivate others.
  • Occasional travel to events and meetings (outside of HQ visits), including international destinations, may be necessary, but it is anticipated to be less than 10% and in compliance with company health and safety policies
  • Fluent in English with outstanding written, verbal, and presentation creation abilities is a requirement.
  • Please note that this role will require regular travel (approx 2x per month) to the TeamViewer HQ in Goppingen.
